I recently went on the 41 mile tour in the Ocala forest with the most friendly guide, Peter. I was a first time driver and I had no problem driving the ATV and enjoyed the new experience. I wish I had a place to ride around my house as pretty as the forest. We went to the Rodman Damn and had lunch, a very nice water sight. I had a blast. ... more

Well kept secret

Our tour started with a short practce to get us acquainted with the equipment. The tour offered views of Florida the I didn't know existed. The huge pine trees, black bear, wld turkeys etc. were seen in so much abudance that I truely felt I was their place. One of the best vacations yet!! ... more

On the Trails
The ATV guided tour in the Ocala National Forest is a unique activity for the Florida traveler. All skill levels will enjoy this activity as pre-riding instructions are given to everyone and automatic ATVs are used. You will drive and manuever the ATV through different Florida terrains while viewing our state the way the natives must have seen it.

Typical Day

At the trailhead-let's get started
You will meet the ATV crew at the trailhead where you will sign waivers, choose helmets, gloves, googles, water and snacks. Next you will be instructed how to use the vehicle and engage in an individual practice session. Then it is off to the miles of trails. You have a couple breaks on the tour with a bathroom break in the campground, which is half way through the adventure. You can bring a camera and take pictures to remember your day in the woods or rent a GoPro Video camera with SD card to remember your day forever. If you are lucky you will see Fla. wildlife-deer, bear etc...

$89 per person in parties of 2 or more ATVs on 2 1/2 hour tour
$129 dollars for party of 1 ATV on 2 1/2 hour tour
$35 dollars for rider on back of two seater
plus tax
5 1/2 hour trip available call for pricing
