A three story house built at the end of the 19th century, 'EL SOL DE SAN TELMO' retains its original French Italian style and architecture while being newly restored with modern conveniences.

The 15 spacious bedrooms are well equipped and prepared for the different seasons with ceiling fans (A/C optional) and substantial heating during the winter. A shared kitchen is available on each floor as well as private or shared new bathtubs and showers.

The rooftop garden is available for dinning under the stars, for sunbathing during summer days or having the traditional 'asado' (BBQ) on sundays.

A dance studio with mirrors and parquet flooring open for guests private practice, or for Tango lessons.
