A real home from home welcome to our small family run Bed & Breakfast 15 minutes walk to the centre of Newport Town and 5 minutes by car.

Facilities include double en-suite with King size bed & shower room or Double room with private bathroom.
Rooms include colour television with built-in freeview . Our two rooms have double beds only.

We offer a choice of full English or Continental breakfast.

The facilities also include free off-road parking for our en-suite room and in the layby or road for our double room. We are in a peaceful location and have garage storage for bicylces. There are tea and coffee making facilites. We are a gay friendly property and we provide books for use.

Complimentary Bottle of water for each person on 1st night of arrival.

As we are in a quiet area, we have a strict no noise policy after 11pm, any overly disruptive guests will be asked to leave.

CHECK IN IS BETWEEN 1PM & 7PM, CHECK OUT IS BY 10AM AND NO LATER,THIS IS SO THAT WE CAN PREPARE THE ROOM FOR OUR NEXT GUEST.

WE ALSO NEED TO KNOW APPROXIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL TO ENSURE WE ARE IN TO GREET YOU.

We do not have cooking or washing facilities on these premises.

BY CAR
From East Cowes Ferry Terminal go straight across at the roundabout and follow the main road out of East Cowes. At the main roundabout take the second exit onto the A3054 towards Newport. Continue straight ahead onto Fairlee Road. Continue straight ahead onto Snooks Hill. At the traffic lights take the right hand side lane and turn off to Cowes A3020. Keep in the left hand side lane and turn off the dual carriage way (a little way up), follow signs to Town Gate Superstore (Sainsburys). Go straight over lights and drive up Sylvan Drive until you come to the very end of the new estate. We are on the right and in a cul-de-sac of 5 houses, by a long fence and opposite cycle track. No 57 (the Meadows) is the fourth house in.

From Fishbourne follow signs to Newport. Then follow directions as above.

If you are coming from Yarmouth follow the signs to Newport on the A3054. When you reach a set of traffic lights follow the signs to Carisbrooke along Gunville Road and Priory Road. Turn left at the mini roundabout then straight on to Newport. When you reach the 2nd mini roundabout turn left into Wellington Road (by a garage), follow the road until the bottom of the hill. Follow the road until about 50 yards from the bottom corner, on the left is a small cul de sac of 5 houses (at the bottom of the long fence).
