Bonciani

The hotel Bonciani is located in a typical XVI century florentine palace, property of the Pitti Family. The building became a hotel in 1800 and, being in the heart of Florence, it soon become the favourite choice for travellers from all over the world.

The hotel is in fact close to the congress centre, to Santa Maria Novella railway station and at few minutes from the cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The hotel has a large hall, breakfast room, bar , tv, lift. Our sound-proof rooms are provided with private bathroom, telephone, satellite tv, minibar, air conditioning/central heating, safety-box and hairdryer.

Between many historical and political men who have slept in our hotel, we could remember the famous General Giuseppe Garibaldi, who stayed in 1840 in one of our rooms.

Take the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway to the Firenze Nord exit heading towards Centro Città - Stazione Santa Maria Novella.

From Rome:
Take the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway to the Firenze Sud exit, or take the Firenze Certosa exit. Head towards Centro Città - Stazione Santa Maria Novella.

From Genoa and Pisa:
Take the A11 motorway until the end and then follow the directions for Centro Città - Stazione Santa Maria Novella.

By train

The hotel is located 50m away from Santa Maria Novella Central Station.

By plane

From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, a shuttle service is available providing a convenient means for guests to reach the city centre. Alternatively, a taxi can be taken to the hotel
