B&b Tourist House Ricci

The Bed and breakfast Tourist House Ricci stands in the heart of Florence in Via dei Martelli 7 a few minutes away by foot from Piazza San Giovanni, better known as Piazza Duomo, where the Dome cathedral, the Baptistry and the Giotto Tower are located.
The B&b is located on the first floor (15 steps) in the Florentine seven hundred years old historical Palazzo Martelli.
From 2000 the Ricci family run the activity. Today is Stefano, under the careful supervision of his father Vittorio, who hosts toghether with his friends and colleagues Ottavio and Vincenzo.
Stefano, Ottavio and Vincenzo will be happy to offer you their assistance, to take care your museums and restaurants reservation or concerts and sports events tickets service, as well they'll provide you guided city tours to visit the best sightseeing of Florence and the main tuscan places.
The b&b offers nice and spacious rooms, fully equipped with air conditioning system, private bathroom and independent heating. Free internet is provided at the reception desk. Every room has a coffee and tea machine where you can make your own cappuccino, coffee, etc... Two of the bedroomsof the B&B are equipe with a small kitchen, perfect for familys and for medium-long stay.
Please advice about arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Directions

By car: do not use the car to get to florence! On the contrary from Firenze Sud or Nord exits follow for city center to Piazza della Liberta, then take via Cavour till via Martelli (where we are).

By train: from Santa Maria Novella train station take via Panzani, then via Cerretani, direction Dome. When you get to piazza San Giovanni turn left in via dè Martelli.

By plane: at Florence airport take shuttle bus for city center. You'll arrive at Santa Maria Novella train station area: then follow same instructions than above.

By bus: from train station you can get number 7, 17, 11, 1. They all stop just in front of us.
