Distance to city centre less than 20 minutes by public transport (Bus N 53) or 12 minutes from the City centre by train. Very close to the forest and the sea which is a great jogging and cycling route to Jurmala area. There are only 4 stops by train till the seaside.
Only 10 minutes by train there is the biggest aqua park of the Baltic state ('Livu akvapark'). In the Zemgale area you will find several shopping malls, restaurants and bars. The biggest shopping centre in Latvia 'Spice' is 5 min away by car (here there is a big offer of different shops, restaurants and bars).The biggest bowling in Riga (Bowlero) is located near the Spice commercial centre, and has a night club, two bars, restaurants, solarium, conference hall and a play room for children.
