Vila Gale Tavira Hotel

In the city of Tavira, next to the municipal market and the 'Discovery' bridge, the Hotel Vila Gale Tavira was open in June 2002.

This new hotel is of extreme importance for the city and its project was done taking into consideration the architectural legacy of Tavira.

268 rooms (one for the physically disabled), well furnished and equipped with air-conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, fax and modem connections, mini-bar, safe, complete bathroom with hairdryer.

Directions

Coming from Faro Airport:

Leave the airport following the signs to Portimão/Lisboa. Take the turnoff to Vila Real de Santo António/Espanha on the IP1/A22 (Via do Infante), and then take the exit signposted Tavira. At the first roundabout continue towards Tavira, and at the second roundabout take the turnoff to Vila Real de Santo António/Campos de Golfe. At the third roundabout turn right and then follow signs to the Hotel.

Coming from the A2:

Continue to the end of the A2 and then take the IP1/A22 (Via do Infante) towards Vila Real de Santo António/Espanha. Leave this road by the exit signposted Tavira. At the first roundabout continue towards Tavira, and at the second roundabout take the turnoff to Vila Real de Santo António/Campos de Golfe. At the third roundabout turn right and then follow signs to the Hotel.
