The living-room has convertible leather sofa and chairs, desk, fan, air cleaner, iron, telephone/answering machine on an "unlimited local calls" plan, laptop with complimentary high speed Internet DSL connection and night lamp.

The kitchen is equipped with a table and 2 chairs, refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, water filter, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. Free tea and coffee is provided all day.
