Hostal Bahia

Hostal Bahia is located in the historical center of Madrid, adjacent to "Puerta del Sol", in a building that was fully restored in 2005.

Without need for any means of transportation, you'll be able to go out for tapas around "La Latina", go shopping for souvenirs, or visit the most chic shops, restaurants and establishments in Madrid.

You can also visit the musical district, Gran Via, and catch a play, or enjoy Madrid's renowned night life. You will be able to see Madrid's most famous monuments, such as "Cibeles" fountain, The Royal Palace, The Cathedral, "Plaza Mayor", The Retiro Park… as well as visit the more important museums: The Prado, Reina Sofia, and Thyssen.

If you prefer to use public transportation to get around, we are conveniently located near the train station and easily accessible from Barajas Airport.

"Hostal Bahia" is great for its location, comfort, décor, and service.

Directions

From the Airport (arrival time: 35 minutes aprox.):
1. Take the line 8 to Mar de Cristal.
2. change the line 4 to Arguelles until station Mar de Cristal.
3. change the line 2 to Cuatro Caminos until Goya.
4. Arrive to station Sol, walk to Carretas Nº 31, 2ºizq. (2 minutes)
From station Atocha Renfe (arrival time: 8 minutes):
1. Take the line 1 to Plaza Castilla.
2. Arrive to station Sol, and walk to Carretas Nº31, 2ºizq. (2 minutes)
From station Renfe Chamartin (arrival time: 18 minutes, aprox):
1. Take the line 10 to Aluche.
2. change the line 1 to Congostountil Tribunal.
3. Arrive to station Sol, walk to Carretas Nº 31, 2izq. (2 minutes)
By tube or by bus you have to get off at Puerts del Sol station and take Carretas exit.
