B&b Mare De Deu-artes Y Ciencias

The B&B Mare de Deu - Artes y Ciencias is located in the city of Valencia, in one of the most attractive and exclusive areas of the district known as "New Valencia", just a few minutes away from the popular Malvarrosa Beach, the America's Cup Port and the city's largest green area, not to mention countless shopping centres, the City of Arts and Sciences and the Music Palace. The immediate area is full of bars and restaurants and the Formula 1 racing track is just a few metres away.

The B&B offers a total of four comfortable, spacious, sunny and airy rooms. Three of the rooms are twins with a shared bathroom and the fourth room is a double with its own bathroom facilities. All of the rooms have air conditioning, and there is a lift in the building. The decor is fresh and modern and sheets (100% cotton), towels and breakfast all come included in the price of the accommodation. Other facilities at the B&B include a common room with a TV and wifi Internet access, a fully equipped communal kitchen and a sunny terrace with excellent views. As the B&B can only accommodate a maximum of 8 people, it never feels crowded and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.

Walk AV. Menéndez Pidal, 11 about 271 meters to the 349-Menéndez Pidal - Stop Ferris. Take line 1.

Down after 14 stops in 1745-Albereda. Museu de les Ciències and walk 483 meters to AV. BALEARIC, 73.
