****PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING !

1. RECEPTION HOUR: 8.00 AM - 01.00 AM. In case of late check in, please kindly inform flight number at least 24 hours in advances by e-mail. In case of check out earlier, please kindly inform us upon check in.

2. if you expect to check in after 00.00, make sure you book the right date. EX, if you expect to check-in at 01.00 on 1 DEC, you have to book a room for staying on 30 NOV. If you book a room for staying on 1 DEC, you have to wait till 2 PM on 1 DEC to check in.

3. Basic is FAN room type. Standard is Air-con room type. 10 beds Dorm is fan room type.

4. CASH ONLY. no credit card accepted

5. PAY FULL BALANCE WHEN CHECK-IN.

6. IF YOU DO NOT PAY WHEN CHECK-IN, YOU CANNOT CHECK-IN.

7. WE CAN BOOK TOUR AND PHI PHI FERRY TICKET WHEN GUEST make a payment.

8. For any shorten your night, we require you to pay 90% of the room price for each night you want to stay. (EX. you booked 4 nights and paid 280 Baht as a deposit. When check-in, you want to stay only 1 night. You have to pay (700*1)*90% = 630 Baht.

Where are we: We are located in Phuket town.
Only 5 minutes walk from Phukte Bus Terminal (Airport bus and bus to other provinces)
10-15 mins walk to Local bus station (Bus to beaches).
10-15 mins walk to Phuket Old town
6-10 mins walk to Ocean and Robinson (Shopping center)
10 mins drive to Ratsada Port (For Phi Phi island)

NOTED: WE ARE NOT CLOSED TO BEACH AT ALL.

-those who want to spend a night before heading to island, the next morning.
- those who need a room for 1 night and the next morning, going to other province by bus or wanna catch the airport bus (Remember, we are so closed to Phuket Bus Terminal)
- those who love to experience the phuket town.
- those who do not mind to walk to local bus station to get on the bus to beach (Bus run from 7.00 AM to 4.30 PM)

- 10 bed mixed dorm with fan. Each bed has their own small fan (Please see the photo, the fans is really really SMALL). So, you can contorl your fan. There are 2 shower rooms and balcony. Each bed has their own reading light.

- 2 bed mixed dorm with air-conditioned. The room is next to Lift, you will hear noise when people is using lift. You can control air-conditioned by yourself. There is TV in the room.

-Standrad Double bed private Ensuite is air conditioning room type. It\'s double bed. Featured with mini-fridge, cable TV (60 channels).

- Basic double bed private ensuite is a fan room type. Featured with mini-fridge, cable TV (60 channels).

Directions

From Airport

1. Get on the airport bus. The bus runs from 6.30 AM to 08.45 PM. It costs 85 BAHT per oneway per person. It takes about 1 hour to reach Phuket bus terminal. Then, Walk to our property.

2. Take a taxi meter . After leave the baggage area, follow the taxi direction. it's quite expensive. It should cost 400 BAHT. It takes about 35 mins to our property.

3. Take a Limousine Taxi: It's opposite of the baggage area. It costs 500 Baht. It takes about 35 mins to our property



From Bus Station.

Walk straight to Phang-Nga Road turn right at the corner of 7-11. Keep walking, passing Royal Phuket city hotel (which is on your left hand), SCB bank (on your right hand), and small bridges. Turn left at the corner of PINK LADY club. Walk straight 100 M. We are on your left hand.





From Local Bus station

1. take motorcycle taxi. It should not be more than 50 baht Per person.

2. Take tuk tuk: It should cost around 50 - 100 baht.

2. walk. First, look for fountain circle and then walk toward it. Then, turn left to Yoawarat road and turn right to Phang-Nga road. Keep Walking straight about 700 Metres. Turn right at Phang-Nga soi 2. Walking down around 100 Metres.



From any ferry port.

Take Motorcycle taxi or local taki (TUK TUK). Tell them go to 'Phang-Nga Soi 2 Lang Rong Ram Metropole' (Meaning Phang-Nga 2 Lane, behind Metropole Hotel)
