Fully furnished guest house available for rent in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Located on Goodwin Avenue in Vickery Park, the Abby Brown Guest House is conveniently located close to all the shops, restaurants and bars on Greenville Ave and Knox Henderson.

DART, the public transportation system in Dallas, is within walking distance as well. The guest house is a great getaway for a single traveler or a couple who wants to enjoy the Dallas nightlife in a quiet residential setting. The guest house has been freshly painted and includes a fully functional kitchen, large bathroom (shower only) and separate bedroom and living areas. Bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed and includes linens.

Cable TV, Multiple Movie Channels, DVD, VHS library, free WIFI, and towels are provided. Private entrance with gated fenced yard. Kitchen includes stove top, microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator.

We have dogs and are very dog friendly.

Transportation from DFW Airport

DART is the public transportation system in Dallas and has two convenient and economical ways to travel between DFW Airport and downtown Dallas - the Trinity Railway Express (TRE) and DART bus routes 310 and 408.

From downtown Dallas Union Station to our Guest House:
Take the DART Metro to Mockingbird Station
From there, you can cab it to the guest house - about $5 - there will be cabs there

Or you can take the 024 MOCKBIRD STA VIA MCMILLAN bus going South.
Exit MCMILLAN @ GOODWIN - N - NS

Or you can walk it - about 25 minute walk.
Go south on McMillan to Goodwin and turn Right on Goodwin. The guest house will be on the right side of the street.
