We have a policy to charge guests a $25 fee under the following conditions:

$25 Per Rule Violation.

1. Guests check in early before 4PM (without prior notice).
2. Guests check in late after 9PM (without prior notice).
3. Guests Violate Check out procedures.
4. Guests Do Not Return Key.
5. Guests Violate the Smoking Policy.
6. Guests Violate the Drinking Policy by not recycling their bottles & cans in Green Bins outside.
7. Guests change their bookings.
8. In the event that guests damage property, they will be charged accordingly, which may result in substantially higher fees.
