Nestled amongst the pines overlooking the scenic Montague River, Three Gables is a modern 1200 square foot, fully-equipped cottage featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fireplace, patio deck, gas barbecue, washer/dryer,garage, as well as satellite TV and VCR.
Guests will enjoy the natural woodland setting where wild lupins and Lady Slippers abound. Swimming and boating are at your doorstep, or simply relax on the patio deck watching the sailboats on the River. Access to PEI's well known 'Rails to Trails' (Confederation Trail) nature/hiking paths is also nearby.
The property is private, on the waterfront, near Brudenell Park with Kyaking, Horse Back Riding, Championship Golf Courses.This property is in excellent condition excellent condition, clean and fully equipped.
Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and a pullout couch in the Living room. There are 2 full baths.
