Most homes, townhomes and condos have wood-burning fireplaces and kitchens are fully-equipped to make a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes, goin' fishin' or shopping at The Crossings, or cooking a family dinner or late-night pizza. Tenants will need to supply linens (sheets and towels), paper goods, firewood and charcoal for non gas grills.

Among the other amenities found in Pocono vacation rental homes are:

* Hot tubs and Jacuzzi's
* Large decks for barbecues and relaxing
* Indoor/outdoor pools in some of the Pocono vacation communities
* DVD players and a selection of movies
* Video games, board games, ping-pong and pool tables

There is parking at all homes for at least two vehicles. Most homes have basic telephone service; no long distance available. Internet service is provided at some homes.

All homes do not permit smoking. There are a limited number that are pet friendly. Please see individual property information for availability.

The person leasing the home must be age 25 or older and must be residing at the home during the lease. Proof of age may be required.
