The Grace Manor inn is in the middle of historic Fan District in Richmond, Virginia and is convenient to just about any site in the city. Richmond’s famous Monument Avenue, the only street in the nation designated a National Historic Landmark, is just a few steps out our back door. We are also within walking distance of some of Virginia’s best museums: the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, the Virginia Historical Society, and the Science Museum of Virginia. Carytown, Richmond’s unique shopping district featuring eclectic shops and restaurants of every description, is also just a short stroll away. Downtown Richmond, the Museum of the Confederacy, the Civil War Museum, Hollywood Cemetery, historic Church Hill, the University of Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Virginia Union University are all within a five or ten-minute drive.

When you enter The Grace Manor Inn the first thing you notice are the spectacular tall ceilings and the amazing decorative crown moldings throughout the first floor. To the right of the front entrance is the Music room, which features several cozy seating areas and a baby grand piano. To the left of the front entrance is the Front Parlor, which also features several comfortable seating areas. There is plenty of space to stretch out and get comfortable in this 7500 square foot mansion. Through the Music Room the Dining Room can be entered through the stunning 10-foot tall pocket doors, which are original to the house. The Dining Room is also adorned with an original red Tiffany chandelier. Each morning guests are treated to a sumptuous gourmet breakfast featuring 3 courses and complimentary Mimosas and Bellinis.
At the side and rear of the property, guests have access to the beautifully landscaped rear gardens and saltwater swimming pool & patio. Guest can make themselves comfortable in several outdoor seating areas and listen to the cascading waters from our shear descent waterfall as you enjoy a good book in one of the chaise lounge chair poolside.
The Grace Manor Inn offers four suites all appointed with queen-sized beds. All suites feature comfortable seating rooms and private baths.

Rates:
$150 - $225 per night with a two-night minimum stay Fri - Sat. We accept single night reservations Sun - Thurs.

Reservations: The Grace Manor has four large, two-room guest suites with private baths.

Cancellation Policy: Payment is refunded, less a $25 deposit, if cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. (Holidays and local special events dates require 30 days notice for cancellation. When the entire Inn is rented for one party, 60 days notice is required.) No-shows, early checkouts or less than the above notices will result in full charge of your scheduled stay, unless we are able to rebook the suite for those dates.

Checkout Time:
11:00 a.m. (Unless previous arrangements are made) Note: We will be serving you a multi-course, gourmet breakfast each morning of your visit. Please advise us of any allergies, or special requests.

Smoking is permitted on porch areas only.

We do not accept guest pets for the comfort of future guests in your room. We will be happy to recommend a local place for you to board your pets. (We have 3 resident yorkies.) For those with allergies, please note that Yorkshire Terriers are considered allergy-free due to their lack of shedding and dander.

The Inn is not suitable for children under 17.

Take I-95 North
Take EXIT #78 BOULEVARD
Take left off of ramp onto BOULEVARD
Make sharp left, almost a u-turn onto HERMITAGE
As you cross BROAD ST., HERMITAGE turns into N. MEADOW
The Inn is located on the left corner of WEST GRACE and NORTH MEADOW, at #1853 WEST GRACE ST.


From The East OR From Richmond International Airport:
Take I64 WEST
Take I95 SOUTH
Take the 5th STREET DOWNTOWN EXIT
Turn right onto EAST GRACE STREET
E. Grace turns into WEST GRACE STREET
Continue on WEST GRACE STREET
The Inn is located at 1853 WEST GRACE STREET on the left corner of NORTH MEADOW and WEST GRACE STREET


From The West:
Take I64 EAST
I64 EAST will dump you onto I95 SOUTH
Take the first exit on I95 SOUTH, the BOULEVARD EXIT, #78
Turn right onto BOULEVARD
Turn left at stoplight onto W. BROAD ST.
Turn right onto N. MEADOW (7/11 Store will be on your right)
The Richmond inn is located on the SOUTHWEST corner of the next block (MEADOW & GRACE) )at 1853 WEST GRACE STREET

Parking:
Private parking is available directly behind our Bed and Breakfast. Turn left off of North Meadow immediately after passing the Richmond inn. Turn into the alley behind the house and park in one of the four private spots. Just ring the bell on the gate for assistance with your bags.
