We stopped on our way to Newfoundland and on our way back. Heather was a wonderful hostess. The rooms are clean and breakfast was great. Our group was large (10) and she made us feel like we were at home. The little extras you did for us was greatly appreciated!
So close to the ferry that you could walk there.

Our accessibility to the ferry terminal is one of our greatest assets but for those planning on touring Cape Breton we are within an hours drive to the start of the Cabot Trail, Sydney with all its entertainment events, Glace Bay's Savoy Theatre and Miners Museum, the Fortress of Louisburg, East Bay the home of Rita MacNeils Tea Room, many golf courses and many of the festivals that are part of the summer events in Cape Breton.

North Sydney offers free nightly entertainment at the wharf in the summer season.

We are four blocks from the local mall in case you forgot to pack something you really need.

We are really in the hub of things.

The property has 8 available rooms and each room has its own character and each room has an ensuite bathroom

Our dining room seats up to 10 at a time and a self serve continental breakfast is made available for guests who need to depart early.

There is a common room and guests often use this room and the dining room for evening game activities or to just relax with a few tunes.

Directions

Follow signs to Newfoundland Ferry. Take exit 26, turn left at stop sign and then an immediate right. Turn right at Blower Street and then right onto Pierce Street

From Ferry Terminal, When departing terminal, at the lift gate, turn right (Do not proceed forward onto the highway) At stop sign turn left. At next stop sign turn left, onto Pleasant Street. At lights at Blower Street, turn right. At next stop sigh (Pierce Street) turn right.
