Surrounding Area

Located on the Cabot Trail where the high capes meet the sea, directly across from the Wreck Cove road,(the only access to the Highlands from the eastern side of the Cabot trail) Cottages sit on a large oceanfront lot with access to the highlands and the sea.

Vacation Rental Property

Property consists of 2 fully equipped housekeeping, cottages with two bedrooms and a full sized pull out futon. These cottages are tucked into the forrest just off the Cabot Trail.

Cottages sleep up to 6 adults.

Services Offered

These are Housekeeping Cottages where you have complete privacy during your stay. Linnens etc. are exchangable at the office at any time.

Policies & Restrictions

No Smoking allowed in the cottages but it is permitted on the veranda. Pets are permitted as long as you make arrangements with the owner, first.

Rates & Availability

As of 2010 the rates are $99.00 for 1 or 2 persons and $15.00 for each additional person (kids under 10 stay free)
From November 1st until May 31st (winter and spring) we have a special where you can stay any 2 consecutive nights for just $149.00 + tax (15%) andc there is no extra charge for extra people (up to a total of 6).

Other Information

Although we are located well out in Nature you will find that we are located surprisingly central to all the activities and sights in Cape Breton Island, for Example Louisbourg is 1.5 hours away, Ingonish is 25 minutes, Cheticamp is 1.5 hours and Baddeck is just 40 minutes.

Directions

When heading North on the Cabot Trail we are just 32Km. (20 miles) from the Englishtown ferry and coming south we're just aboit 10 Km. ^ miles from the bottom of Smokey Mountain, (lookm for our sigh Wreck Cove Wilderness Cabins).
