We are in the heart of the Downtown Minocqua and only steps to the Bearskin 20 mile Bike and Hike Trail through the woods and waters of the Northwoods. With a large shopping district and a variety of stores, visitors rarely leave empty handed. When finished shopping, stop at one of many restuarants and eateries on "the Island" ranging from French Fries to Tablecloths - truly something for everyone. But leave some time open - there's 5000 acres of water waiting for you - Fish, Swim, Boat, Ski and even Dive in our lakes, with a Chain of 4 extra large lake areas, one day is definitely not enough!

Accommodations

With private patios for guest use and a Gazebo to share, our gardens and grounds are enjoyed by all. Or come closer to water on one of the 4 docks - with seating available on 3, come, relax, sit and toss a line in.... Our middle dock has fetched some award winning catch!

Rooms/Suites

We have 3 rental Units:
The Hill House Cottage - a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath newly built detached unit designed with privacy in mind - bring another couple or the kids and you'll still feel private and pampered. Fireplace and whirlpool in unit.
The Guest House - a 1 Bedroom/1Bath detached unit with fireplace.
The Main House 2 Room Suite - a private, 2 Bedroom/1 Bath unit covering the whole upper floor of the main house. Fireplace in unit and whirlpool option available on lower floor of main house area.

Amenities

Canoe, Kayak and Paddleboat are available for guest use and a
20' Pontoon or 16' Tracker Fishing boat available for rentals. We have a sandy swim area for he first 50 feet of shoreline out, and a swim raft placed 50 feet beyond that for the adventurous. Lounge Chairs and Seats along with picnic areas are spread around the grounds for guest relaxation.

Services Offered

Room Service available. Great Massage Therapist Office within 500 ' of our location or can do housecalls. Laundry room available in Hill House Cottage rental only.

Policies & Restrictions

We are a totally non-smoking property. We can no longer accept pets, sorry. We are age restricted due to limited space, so please inquire regarding children.

Rates & Availability

Low Season (April, May, September, October) rates are $130.00 to $250.00 Double Occupancy, based on Unit.
High Season (June, July, August) rates are $160.00 to $295.00 Double Occupancy, based on Unit.

Closed November - March.

Picnic Baskets; Romance packages; Special Occasion Cakes; Flowers and Balloons; all available to fit most budgets - please inquire. We are always happy to help make a special occasion more memorable.

Directions

We are 1 block Northwest of the Downtown Minocqua stoplight.
If coming from southern Wisconsin, take Hwy 39/51 North thru the downtown one way until you see a sign for 'downtown turnaround' at a "U-Turn" intersection. Take this U-turn to go south on Hwy 51 and immediately get into the right hand lane. At Lakeshore Drive, the first street you will come to, turn right (if you've come to the stoplight, you've gone one block too far). Go down to where Lakeshore drive begins to curve and instead go straight 2 more houses where you will see our sign at 130 Lakeshore Drive.

Please inquire if we are having any specials for your requested time period. We participate in many local chamber and association specials, so it is always good practice to ask.
