Stadtnest Apartmenta are private, selfcatering apartments in great central location. They are situated in a safe and quiet residential area with easy access to all sights (10min to city centre, 15min to Schoenbrunn palace), culturall activities (museums, concerts, theatre, opera), restaurants, shopping (Vienna's biggest shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse, the famous open air market Naschmarkt) and to Vienna's efficient public transport system.

Stadtnest Apt for 2 is a 30sqm, ground floor apartment with fully a functional kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker) incl dining table, one bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with WC and shower.

Stadtnest Apt for 4 is a 60sqm first floor apartment with fully functional kitchen (as above, plus washing machine), with a big bed- cum living room (1 double bed) and a smaller bed room (2 single beds), bathroom, separate WC, dining area.

There is SAT/cable TV and 24h free Internet access on the apartment computer and via WLAN.

Kindly note there is a cleaning fee of Euro 30 (Apt for 2)/ Euro 36 (Apt for 4) in addition to the rates quoted.

Arrival time needs to be pre-arranged at least three days prior to arrival, as there is no 24 hour reception. Check-in from 3pm onwards.

Payment in cash Euro please upon check-in at the apartment (we do not accept payment by credit card or travellers' cheques).

Directions

7 min walking distance of Vienna's Westbahnhof (West Train Station). Easy access to subway lines U3 / 'Westbahnhof' (or 'Zieglergasse') - 10min to the city centre St. Stephan's Square; and U6 / 'Westbahnhof' - with connection to U4 - 15min to Schoenbrunn Palace. Off Vienna's biggest shopping street 'Mariahilferstrasse' with shops, banks, restaurants.

When arriving at Westbahnhof (also via shuttel bus link from the airport) one can easily walk to Garbergasse. Ask someone to point out Mariahilferstrasse to you (big shopping street leading from Westbahnhof towards the city centre), cross the Guertel (belt road) in direction of the city centre and walk on the right side of Mariahilferstrasse, then turn right into Millergasse (second street on the right, careful, distances are rather small, so this will be about 80m only from Guertel). Millergasse has a small junction with Mittelgasse, in between Mittelgasse and Millergasse there is a small lane branching off Millergasse slightly to the left. This is Garbergasse. Street names are on small blue signs, usually on the corner of streets, right the building that would be the corner. The building will be the fifth on the left in Garbergasse.

When arriving by car, please contact us for detailled arrival information. Secure car parking at a private garage is available at Euro 12 per day in 3min walking distance from the apartment.
