Following a recent renovation most rooms and suites are contemporary-looking, with elegant Italian furniture and state-of the art equipment.
A credit card is required to secure the reservation. You have up to 3 days prior to arrival to cancel the reservation without charge. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival you will be charged 1 night stay. Same day cancellations, no shows or early check out will result in 1 night charge. Payment: credit card will be charged on arrival day.

Directions
Arriving by car
Sofia is relatively close to the borders of Serbia and Macedonia.
Once in Sofia, drive to the city's South, towards Lozenets district.
The hotel is located within the residential subdivision of LOZENETS.
It is the tallest building on the Lozenets hill.
Arriving by train or bus
Exit the Central Railway or Bus Station.
Take preferably a yellow taxi with the blue OK logo painted on it. OK taxis are priced correctly and are considered to be reliable. Ask for the Kempinski hotel in Lozenetz.
