This beautifully renovated house takes property art to a whole new level. Each double, triple and dorm-style room has been meticulously decorated by local artist and property owner, Oscar Capeche. All of them will provide our guests with supreme comfort and security during their stay.
Our guests are welcome to use free WiFi internet, enjoy a film in the TV/DVD room or read from our selection of books. A delicious healthy breakfast is provided including toast, cereal, fresh fruit and juice.
We appreciate the importance of cleanliness, and ensure our property is very well-kept. Our facilities include 4 bathrooms, dining room, TV/DVD area and free use of the kitchen.

Take any local bus that says Aduana in front of the Valparaiso's bus terminal.
After approx. 10 min. get off at the Shell gas station. Follow Calle Urriola uphill and after about 3 blocks, you will be at our property. The street address is: Urriola 562
