Apartment 'Goran' is ideal accommodation for two persons situated in oldest suburb of Split which is called Veli Varoš.
Apartment 'Goran' is accommodation for two persons and is only 5 minutes of walking from the Diocletian Palace (200 m), which is rich with many monuments from the time of the ancient Romans and is about 10 minutes walking (500 m) from the nearest beautiful pebble beaches which are situated along the coast of nearby park-wood Marjan.

Studio apartment 'Goran' is a typically Dalmatian old stone ground floor house which was completely renovated two years ago. The apartment has 30 sqm and consist of three separate parts ( private bathroom with shower, kitchen and room). This is ideal accomodation for two person becouse it has one room with one double bed and size of the room is about 13sqm. Private bathroom with shower is realy spacious and has 10 sqm and kitchen has 7 sqm. There is also in front of house nice 20 sqm couryard with lots of shade during the whole day.

The apartment is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, cooker, washing machine, air conditioner, TV, iron, hair dryer and cutlery. There is no private parking place but 30 m far away from the apartment is lots of free parking place in neighbouring streets.

Close to the apartment is the grocery store (50 m), bakery (50 m), marketplace (100 m), nearest restorant (150 m), Dioklecian Palace (300 m), the beaches (600 m).

Directions

I will explain to you how you will reach the apartment if you are coming from the bus or train station or from the ferry port, located in the vicinity:

Bus and railway station and ferry port are located in the street Obala kneza Domagoja from where you need to go near the sea coast with Street Obala hrvatskog narodnog preporoda, which is known well as Splitska Riva to the Street Marmontova. Then you have to follow street Marmontova until you reach Split national theatre (you can't miss becouse it is one big yellow building). From there you should turn left in the Street Plinarska and follow Plinarska street to the top where on the left side begins Street Kamenita in which on number 46 Studio apartment 'Goran' is located.
