We are located three kilometers outside Otavalo on the road to the beautiful Mojanda Lakes, and have the finest views in the area.

From our properties you have wonderful views of the volcanoes of Imbabura, Cotacachi, Cayembe and Fuya Fuya, and it is a perfect place to relax and read in a hammock, for walks, horsesriding and climbing and for use a base for visiting Otavalo and the surrounding area.

We have seven separate and attractive houses for guests, all well kept and attractively priced to suit differing customer requirements. 12% Value Added Tax is added to all our invoices in accordance with Ecuadorian regulations.

In our Casa Imbabura we offer our guests dormitory accommodation for up to 8 people , inclusive of continental breakfast and taxes as well as a private double room and a single, each with shared bathroom.

In our Casa Cotacachi and Casa Cotopaxi we offer double and triple rooms with private bathroom or with shared bathroom again inclusive of continental breakfast .

In our Cabaña Cayembe we offer an entire romantic little cabin with bathroom for 2-3 persons all inclusive, whilst in our Casa Chimborazo we offer a complete comfortable family house with fireplace, sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms to sleep up to 6 people, again all inclusive of continental breakfast.

In our luxury independent house Rose Cottage we have a four poster bed,fireplace and private shower room, again with gorgeous views. This house for 2 again comes with continental breakfast included.

Finally we offer a new 2 roomed apartment in our new house, Fuya Fuya which comes with living room with fireplace, four poster bed and private bathroom.This appartment for 2 again comes with continental breakfast included.

We have our own tennis court, ping pong and a large DVD collection in our two TV rooms as well as books and board games. We also have a large library/meeting room which will seat up to 25 people.

Directions

Arriving from Quito, just 2 hours away by bus on the Panamerican Highway, take the road on the left signposted to the Mojanda Lakes. We are 3 km up this road, on the right hand side, just past the local school Escuela de Frederico Gonzales Suares. It is a 50 minute walk from Otavalo town, or $3 by taxi.


For a pickup in Otavalo City Centre, give us a call on local mobile number and, if we are in the area, we will arrange to pick you up free of charge. And on Saturday mornings, we will also arrange for a car with driver to take guests from our Hosteria to the famous Otavalo markets without charge, or take you down to the city at other times when we are heading that way ourselves
