We ensure all our guests a quiet and peaceful space to relax - please take into consideration that we are not a party hostel and have a strict policy on excessive loud activities. But if you're after a wild party, you are also in the best place,there are a plenty of bars and pubs nearby: A38, Budapest Park, Zöld Pardon, R33 or Cöxpon -just to name some of them. (For details ask our always up-to date and well-informed, reputedly helpful recepcionists!)
For those looking for cultural adventures: some of the most prestigious contemporary artistic centers - Trafó, Ludwig Museum, Palace of Arts- (and lots more other bulidings of interest) are right in our backyard!
For a very small extra fee we also provide anything else to make your stay comfortable:

Whatever form of public transportation you use in Budapest, please don't forget to buy your ticket in advance (you can't buy it on board) and punch it on the vehicle.
From the airport:
Take bus 200E until its final destination, Kőbánya-Kispest. Take the blue metro line until 'Corvin negyed'. Change to trams 4 or 6, travel 2 stops and get off at 'Mester utca'. Go along the street 'Mester utca'. After a 5 minute walk on the right-hand side you'll bump into 'Ipar utca'. Turn into this street and on the left-hand side soon you'll see the sign 'Budapest Budget Hostel'. We have a separate bell in the middle of the big brown door - press it and wait until we open the door.
From Train Station 'Keleti':
Take bus 5, 7, 173, 7E, 173E and get off at 'Blaha Lujza tér'. From there take trams 4 or 6 and get off at 'Mester utca'. Go along the street 'Mester utca'. After a 5 minute walk on the right-hand side you'll bump into 'Ipar utca'. Turn into this street and on the left-hand side soon you'll see the sign 'Budapest Budget Hostel'.
