This holiday home is fully self-contained, perfect for a couple or two friends who do not mind sharing a double bed. This newly, superbly refurbished small independent bungalow has been lovingly done up in a very high standard. It is truly, very smart.

The exceptionally wide stone walls insure that the internal cool temperature is constant. Where possible the original stone work was brought to the surface giving it that very special & unique touch. It is made-up of an open plan kitchenette-dinning-lounge area, with the sleeping zone cleverly separated by the original stone columns. The bathroom comes with shower. Location - style - comfort, this holiday home has it all!


The price is all inclusive. We provide bed/bath linen & beach towels with the added plus factor that for only a 7 night stay booking the airport pick-up & drop off is included in the price

For the shorter stays the airport pick-up & drop off can be arranged at a small extra cost.

Euro 150.00 surety deposit (in case of damages) is requested by the proprietor at the consignment of the keys.

Directions

Directions: Please know that for a 7 night stay you will be met inside the airport arrivals lounge by ourselves. For the shorter stays the bus tickets can be purchased from the bus ticket vending machine inside the airport terminal. The bus leaves the airport terminal and stops at the information centre in via Sassari where one gets off & you will be met by ourselves prior a confirming telephone call on your behalf.

Directions by car: Airport to flat 14 km. Leave the airport terminal by turning right at the exit stop sign. Follow the straight road to the T junction stop sign approx. 2 km. Turn left into the SP44 towards Alghero 2 km, to the yield sign, keeping to your right-hand side, into the SP42, the road curves to the right follow the road & at the round about keep left the sign will say "centro" you are now in via Don Minzoni follow the road all the way past the port which is on your right-hand side, at the end there is a gas station, keep to your left-hand side then turn at the first crossing into via Catalugna, the park is on your right-hand side, at the next crossing cross over and 200 mt the Casa La Torre N° 44 is on your left-hand side.
