Old Town Guesthouse

Welcome to Old Town Guesthouse, a place where you can feel at home. We're a newly-built, family-run guesthouse that offers comfortable and beautiful rooms, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Having been travelers ourselves, we've tried to incorporate all the little things we've noticed and liked to create an ideal place to stay.

Conveniently located near historic Bukit Cina, we're walking distance from all the sites (Red Square, Chinatown, Waterfront) and we're surrounded by food courts and famous eateries (which we've tasted and will happily make recommendations).

We're a budget guesthouse with charm and we are one of the cheapest options because we don't have staff - we do everything ourselves. Our home is your home - come sit back, relax, and join us for a cup of coffee. We look forward to meeting you.

Directions

From Melaka bus station (Melaka Sentral) :
by bus
ake a local bus( RM 1) from lane/platform 14 or 18
ask to stop at Bukit Cina (pronounce 'Bookit Cheena')
once you get off, cross the the street and walk until the roundabout
turn right and walk for 100m on the right side of the road
we are upstairs the building facing Chinese food stalls, and between an Indian restaurant and a duck rice restaurant

Our tip : before getting on the bus from the lane 14 or 18, make sure the engine is running and there are some people on the bus. Otherwise you're likely to wait and sweat like hell inside, whereas you could be outside in the shade and monitor which bus is likely to leave first
