The Jhawk home is located just on the outskirts of the town of Fraser. This location is 3 miles from downtown Winter Park. The surrounding area has a number of hiking and biking trails during the summer months. During the winter you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling.

The Jhawk home is a spacious 2 level home with 4,272 square feet of living space. The main floor of the home has access to the 2 car garage, mud room with lots of closet and storage space. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has 1 king bed and a 3/4 adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom also has 1 king bed.
The main living room area has hardwood floors throughout and vaulted ceilings. The sectional sofa is in front of the gas fireplace and provides a relaxing area to watch TV or DVD movies.
The open floor plan includes the dining area with large table that overlooks the wrap around deck and provides great mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen provides a breakfast bar with additional seating.
The lower level of the home has 1 full bathroom and the additional 3 bedrooms. The open family room has lots of couches and chairs for relaxing and a flat screen TV. The additional amenities include a card/game table, ping-pong and foosball table.
