Activity/Tour
We started in 2001 and step by step we get very succesfull. The secret of our success is that all classes are completely hands on
and clients will eat what they prepared during the class.
Typical Day
The class can be done in the morning at 10.00 and enjoy a lunch sitting in the pagoda of the resort.
In the afternoon, at 4.00pm and enjoy a dinner in a stunning location.
6 or 4 night programm available- all inclusive

All your dreams can be realised with chef Carmen.
Sleeping and meals
11 luxury rooms result of the restoration of an old villa of 1892, located in the hillsyde of sorrento area.
The relais offers swimming pool, tennis, helipad, parkland of 22.000 square metres.

Day One
Pickup from the Naples airport.
Arrival at the charming hotel Relais Oasi Olimpia If you are not jet-lagged, you may wish to take a short walk into Sant’ Agata to do a little exploring.
Time to rest before your welcome dinner at the elegant "Villa Oasi" restaurant.
Day Two
A lovely buffet breakfast awaits you.
In the morning you will head to a local farm, where they have been producing top quality olive oil for years, and where the matriarch has been making mozzarella cheese A tasting of this wonderfully fresh and light cheese follows, with olive oil and limoncello
Return to the hotel for an afternoon of relaxation.
This evening, your first cooking lesson, followed by dinner with wine.
Day Three
Breakfast.
Today’s visit to Pompeii ruins by train with an English speaking local guide.
Light lunch in a very simple trattoria in Sorrento.
This evening your second cooking class, followed by dinner with wine.
Day Four
Breakfast.
9.00 excursion to visit the beautiful amalfi coast.
Today's lunch will be on your own.
After your Amalfi tour, return to Oasi for relaxing time until dinner in a charming exclusive restaurant .
Day Five
Breakfast. For those on the four-night program, transfer back to Naples.
For those on 6 night program, morning free, perhaps to explore Sant' Agata or Sorrento.
Lunch on your own.
5.00 pm your third cooking lesson. Dinner based on your efforts.
Day Six
Breakfast.
Departure at 9.45 to visit to the enchanting isle of Capri, weathering permitting.
Lunch on your own.
Return at the hotel at around 16.00.
5.30 pm appointment in the kitchen to make our pizza dough in only 30 minutes.
Relax time until 8.00 pm until your pizza dinner (pizza dough has to rise a couple of hours)
Day Seven
Breakfast and departure from the hotel to the Naples airport or train station for those ending the six-night program
Other Information
The kitchen is equipped with an ample granite bench and with every kind of kitchen tool, including an accessory set which is assigned to each student at the start of each course.
All the dishes are made only with the freshest of ingredients and follow typical recipes that have been handed down for many generations.
The courses are specially designed to assist you to quickly and easily learn the secrets of the various dishes, including the secrets for preparing an authentic Napoletan pizza so that, once back home, you will be able to easily repeat the preparation of the dish and provide an amazing dinner that will astound your friends.

The offer is on request and must be requested for two people minimum.
The price for a six night culinary program is: 1.300,00 € per person.
The price for a four night culinary program is: 1150,00 € per person.
