The bed and breakfast La Bouganville, enjoys a strategic position in Naples, in the famous Via Manzoni connecting the residential districts of Vomero and Posillipo, an extraordinarily beautiful area, loved by painters and artists of the 19 th. Today the neighborhood is full of bars, shops and restaurants.

Just 200 metres from the property, you will find the funicolar that in five minutes will take you to Mergellina harbour: The jetfoils leave from here for Ischia, Procida and in summer for the Aeolian islands. Just 200 metres from Mergellina Funicolare station you will find the metro station that in five minutes (line 2) will take you to the historic centre of the city. The tram-bus instead taking you to the Beverello harbour, the main departure point for ferries and jetfoils to the main tourist attractions - Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Ischia, Procida. The Bus stop, instead, is just in front of the b&b.

Rooms/Suites

The B&B has two rooms hosting from 1 to 7 people. The two rooms can be also rented together as an apartment with kitchen. They both have plenty of space, a queen size bed and are elegantly furnished, with air conditioning, free wi-fi connection Tv set and large closets are available in both rooms. An extra bed can be placed on request. Both rooms have private (ensuite) bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, colour TV, heating.

Services Offered

The property organizes on request a shuttle service from/to the airport, the Napoli centrale railway station and the Napoli Mergellina railway station, Beverello and Mergellina's Port. The shuttle service is not included in the price and costs one way €25,00 for the airport, €20,00 for the Napoli Centrale railway station, € 15 for Beverello's port and €10,00 for the Napoli Mergellina station and port!

Bed linen and towels are supplied.

The B&B has an outdoor private parking with 2 parking places. It is not included in the price and cost €10,00 for car per night

Directions

By car: Take the A1 highway towards Naples and follow directions to Naples Centro. Take the Tangenziale highway, exit 9 Vomero,and follow direction Via Cilea, and then Via Manzoni;

By Train: From Naples'' central railway station, take the underground line n° 2, following the Pozzuoli direction, and get off at the Mergellina stop. Then take the funicolare, and get off at Via Manzoni. Alternatively, take the underground line n° 2, following the Pozzuoli direction, and get off at Piazza Amedeo stop. Then take the bus line C27, and get off at the Manzoni Poste stop.

*******VERY IMPORTANT: Take a train that stops at Mergellina station because is nearior at the B&B la Bouganville!!!!!!!

By Airplane: From the Capodichino airport, take the Alibus shuttle service( 3 euro) and get off at Piazza Garibaldi. From the Naples'' central railway station take the underground line n° 2, following the Pozzuoli direction, and get off at the Mergellina stop. Then take the funicolare, and get off at Via Manzoni. Alternatively, take the underground line n° 2, following the Pozzuoli direction, and get off at the Piazza Amedeo stop. Then take the bus line C27, and get off at the Manzoni Poste stop
