The hotel staff are like I've never met before. They just keep talking to me which I'm not used to coming, as I do, from London. I'm much more used to being ignored and they're so helpful it gets a bit much for a Londoner like me!

Located in the central, clean, comfortable rooms and a great price. Even little touches like complimentary water made this a great base. Breakfast is included in the price and is simple but tasty. But we were most impressed with the staff - they helped with everything from the rooms to advise about the city and also with trips, train bookings and where to eat.We join Ha Long bay trip and Hoa Lu tam coc trips with good price but great services they were very really wonderful . It was a great base from which to explore Hanoi, with most of the major sites within walking distance. Seemingly totally out of place among the cramped back ally shops of the old quarter. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We payed for a suite, which was spacious and well equipped. They even went to the trouble of giving us an iced cake saying happy honeymoon when we arrived.
