inn. Sunlight Mountain Resort is just seconds away from the inn and the short walk there is magical. The inn has a lovely outdoor area where you can play horseshoes, listen to the creek and enjoy looking at the spectacular mountains and aspen trees.

Each of the Inn's 20 guest rooms are cozy and comfortable, not fussy. Our Romance Suite with fireplace, wet bar, and jetted tub is perfect for celebrating couples. Children are cheerfully welcomed, we have affordable family rooms with little touches that make traveling with young children easier. All rooms include private baths, in-room phones, complimentary ski & sports equipment storage, and daily House Keeping. Guests are pampered with quality linens, in-room coffee and tea and a delicious
full breakfast. Enjoy dining at the Inn's Restaurant. After your day of adventure in the valley, you can relax and enjoy snacks and classic cocktails in the Inn's "Trail's End" bar.

Other special amenities include viewing a starry night sky from our outdoor hot tub. And, we think some of the best skiing in Colorado is right out our back door at Sunlight Mountain Resort. World class snowmobiling is available from our doorstep as well.
Rooms/Suites
Each room has its very own unique style and feel. Our rooms range from Smaller value rooms on the main floor with high windows (no view) queen bed and shower. Sleeps 2 to Large family suites,with two queen beds plus one double bed in separate room. Mountain view, creek side, full bath and mini fridge (adjoins room 20). Sleeps 6.

Trails End Bar and Grill Open Tuesday- Sunday from 4pm-10pm.
Hot Tub located on the deck facing the spectacular Sunlight Mountain, Great yard that is perfect for weddings and family reunions. Indoor meeting rooms that are sure to please any company or event coordinator.
Services Offered
The Inn offers room service for those guest that are interested. In room massages are also available with 3 hours advance notice.
Policies & Restrictions

Payments: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Check-in is between 3 and 7 pm unless advance arrangements have been made with the innkeeper.
Check-out time is 11 am.
Children are cheerfully welcomed.
Cancellation Policy - With 3 (three) days notice in advance of arrival a full refund less a $15 service fee will be made. If less than 3 days is given the deposit is forfeited. We will do our best to resell the room (s). If we can a full refund less a $15 fee will be made. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of acctual arrival or departure.

Smoking is permitted outside the Inn. The restaurant, guest rooms and lobby areas are non-smoking. Thank you for considering other guests.
Television - At this time there are no televisions in the guest rooms, although TV is available in the bar and in the upstairs lounge.
Pets - We accept small dogs (under 25 lbs) welcome your pet. We have a limited number of rooms that are designated for pets. Please be considerate of other guests. Pets are not allowed during the ski season.

Rates & Availability
Rates are per room, per night, single or double occupancy and include a full breakfast. Each additional person is $10 per night, children under 10, no charge. Two night minimum stay required on Saturday night for regular and holiday seasons.
Prices subject to change without notice. We require a major credit card to hold the room.

Directions
From Denver - I-70 Westbound
Take the main Glenwood Springs exit #116, follow the signs to Aspen/Highway 82. Stay in the right lane.
Travel south on Grand Avenue/Highway 82 through town (approximately 1 1/2 miles) to 27th street (second light after Safeway). Take a right at the stop light.
Cross the Roaring Fork River. The road will veer to the left and becomes Midland Avenue, stay with it.
Drive to the next stop sign and turn right on County Road 117 (also known as Four Mile).

The Inn is almost 9 miles up this road. Watch for wildlife, especially at night. After crossing the Cattle Guard, the Inn is the next left.

From Grand Junction - I-70 Eastbound
Take the West Glenwood exit #114, take a right on to Midland Avenue.
Follow Midland Avenue to the third stop sign. Go right to the fourth stop sign, which is County Road 117 (also known as Four Mile).

The Inn is almost 9 miles up this road. Watch for wildlife, especially at night. After crossing the Cattle Guard, the Inn is the next left.

From Aspen
From Highway 82, turn left on 27th street (second stop light in Glenwood Springs).
