Our Manitou Springs bed and breakfast is located just off U.S. Highway 24 approximately 5 miles west of downtown Colorado Springs, 2 miles west of Old Colorado City, 10 miles east of Woodland Park, and 65 miles south of Denver. Cripple Creek is an hour drive away with the Florissant Fossil Beds 30 miles to the west, North Pole and the Pikes Peak Highway entrance are 2 miles west all accessed from U.S. Highway 24. The Miramont Castle, Cave of the Winds, and Garden of the Gods are also nearby attractions with the adjacent Pike National Forest offering 1,110,482 acres for hiking, camping, fishing, rafting, and wildlife viewing opportunities.
The history of Manitou Springs is forever linked with the springs around which it was founded. The numerous natural soda mineral springs have attracted mankind for centuries.

The Avenue Hotel is a Manitou Springs, Colorado bed and breakfast located in the historic downtown district. Perched on the hill, this Victorian boarding house built in 1886 is nestled off the street with an expansive front lawn and garden.
We are uniquely situated on Manitou Avenue in the heart of the city. Local shops, restaurants, and galleries are all within a short walk. We have the perfect location in the Colorado Springs area for a family reunion, group gatherings, a birthday party, romantic retreat, anniversary, or just a weekend getaway

A delicious freshly made full breakfast is served each morning in our spacious dining room. or served on the front porch in the summer. Juice, muffins, fresh fruit, and an entree along with coffee from a local roaster, is ground and served fresh daily or a variety of teas is available for your selection. Cookies are baked fresh daily. Secure. Hot tub, mountain views, and barbecue all are available on the back patio garden. Patio seating with shade and views.
