Our cycling and walking grading system has been devised to enable you to choose the holiday most suited to you level of fitness. The cycle routes terrain vary from day to day and the grading indicator is given as an average for each location, but in general those with a moderate level of fitness can easily accomplish the tours.

Each walking holiday has also a variety of walks and again the grading indicator is given as an average for each location but in general those with a moderate to good state of fitness and capable of walking up to 12ml / 20km a day can accomplish each tour.

Typical Day

Imagine sitting on top of a cliff path gazing out at the magnificent views of a majestic rugged coastline, waves crashing on the rocks below or cycling along a coastal path with the sun in your face and the wind on you back. It all sounds very poetic but they are just the sort of images that can come true with a biking holiday in Ireland.

Where else in the world would you find the combination of wonderful scenery, somewhere to get away from it all and relax or try a local pub or two and enjoy the best of traditional music.

The choice is yours the ruggedness and beauty of Donegal, the dramatic route of the Causeway Coast & Glens, the spectacular scenery of Kerry, Dingle, and Beara peninsulas home to some of Ireland’s finest traditional music or Clare & The Burren and the world famous Cliffs of Moher.

Whichever holiday you choose, be it pedal power or on foot you will not be disappointed. Our accommodation has been selected for combining the highest standards with traditional Irish welcomes and as a rule comprise of small family run hotels, guesthouses and B&B’s.

All meals – full Irish breakfast, picnic lunches and evening meals.
Courtesy transfers from your arrival airport (within our timetable) to your starting point.
Return transfers to your nearest bus or train station (again within our timetable) on your departure day, one-week after your holiday commences.
Transfers from the start and finish of each day’s walk as required.
Luggage transportation throughout the week.
Expert Irish Guide (English speaking) with you throughout the week.
