Large lake for fishing enthusiasts (Lake Sugema) and large state park within a half a mile. Villages of Van Buren has 9 villages in the county with various villages having historical buildings, artisans, Amish, Menonite grocery store and old mills with some of the finest dining in the county.
Large areas of public hunting and some of the top rated in Iowa for deer hunting. Many events throughout the summer. A great place to get away and relax.

Modern cabins with beds, futons, tables, kitchenware, coffee pot, microwave, kitchen towel and dish cloth, hand soap and toilet paper. Option to pay full price or economy rate (bring your own bedding and bath towels). Small cabins have open floor plan with bunk set and futon, stocked kitchen, bathrooms. TV in cabin 7 and 8.


Each cabin comes with charcoal grill, fire pit and picnic table.

Bunkhouse sleeps 6-7 comfortably. 2 bathrooms
Woodshed and Lodge sleeps 9-10 each has 2 bathrooms
