Old Orchard Beach is Maine's largest city. On a hot July day, it might swell to a population of 100,000. Old Orchard Beach has remained high on the list of most popular summer resorts on the East Coast. With its seven miles of fine sand beaches, seaside amusement park, family and fine dining restaurants, numerous lodging options (including hotels, motels, bed & breakfasts and family campgrounds), and 396 foot pier boasting over 20 shops and boutiques, Old Orchard Beach continues to attract tourists from all over the United States, Canada and abroad. Old Orchard got is name from Thomas Rogers who had planted an orchard in this area in 1638 and was known as "Rogers Garden." when the town was incorporated the townspeople felt it was only right to name it after the orchards that were here.

All guest rooms are sunny, unique and comfortably decorated with antiques. Choose from a cozy, romantic room for two to a two-bedroom suite for a family of five. Newly renovated one-bedroom kitchenette suites are also available. All rooms have private bathes and are non-smoking.

Each building has 5 beautiful quest rooms available for your enjoyment. Located on a quiet tree lined corner, quests can easily walk a minute to shops and restaurants and 2 minutes to the Pier, amusement area and miles of beautiful white sandy beach. The inn is an ideal stopping point on your East Coast vacation or a convenient weekend getaway at the beach. A 15-minute drive takes you to Portland’s historic Old Port district, the Main Mall, Lighthouses and over fifty fine dining establishments. A twenty-five minute drive take you to Freeport or Kittery for Outlet Shopping,

In addition to sight seeing and walking the beaches, other nearby attractions include, whale watching and lighthouse boat tours, sailing, kayaking, horseback riding, golf and more. Kids will love Funtown USA, Aquaboggan Water Park, and the ocean side rides, amusements and arcades on the beach.

Policies & Restrictions

A deposit must accompany all reservations. The first night of your stay must be paid for in advance in order to confirm your reservation. Reservations for 4 nights or longer require one-half the total as a deposit. Balance is due in full upon your arrival. Payment may be made by Cash, Travelers Check, Visa MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Personal checks are accepted as a deposit only. If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. The balance of your deposit will be refunded provided you notify us 21 days before the date of your arrival. If less than 21 days notice is given, your deposit may be refunded if we are able to re-rent your room for the period reserved. There are no refunds on early departures. No Pets

Directions From Portland Airport :
Follow Rt. 1 south to intersection of 1 and 98. Take left onto Rt.98. Go 2.6 miles, Inn is on the right.
Directions From Rt. 9:
Turn inland at town square (amusements) onto Rt. 5. Go up the hill, turn right at the stop sign onto Rt. 98. Inn is 3rd building on the left.
Directions From the South:
Take I-95 Maine Turnpike to Exit36(Saco-Old Orchard Beach) .On I-195, get off at exit #2B, for Rt. 1 North. Go 2.6 miles north on Rt. 1 to 3rd traffic light intersection of 1 & Rt. 98. Turn right onto 98. Go 2.6 miles, Inn is on the right.
