Self-contained, non-smoking 85m2 private accommodation with fantastic views and natural surroundings, close to St Anton am Arlberg. This accomodation is the only one in the house, which ensures privacy and quietness. Built in Tyrolean style yet furnished in contemporary design with all mod-comms.

Apartment is split into following rooms: One double bedroom (15m2) with wardrobe; Living room/lounge(40m2) with sofa and one double bed; Separate bathroom with shower; Kitchen (20m2) with dishwasher, hob and fridge with dining table; entry with storage facilities. Ski/snowboards can also be stored.

Ideal for parties from 3-4. Minimum booking is 3 nights. Price does NOT include resort tax (€1.80 per person per night) which must be paid upon departure. All bed linen and towels are provided at a €5.00 per person cleaning fee. Cleaning apartment is responsibility of rentee. Cash payment only.

Mini-M supermarket in Pettneu village, 10-minute short walk. Large M-Preis supermarket, 3-minutes by car.

Directions

Located in middle of Arlberg between Pettneu am Arlberg and St Anton, 2 minutes from highway Arlberg tunnel exit. After exit St Anton am Arlberg, turn left direction 'Pettneu'. Follow road for 700 metres - it will bend left. Vadiesen is on the left-hand side. Take the first road on the left, after the bus-stop, direction 'Jakobsweg'. Follow road up 200m, until the last street lamp. Turn right - our house is the second building, the highest on the hill (Vadiesen 217).
