Surrounding Area
Eagle's Nest is an ideal spot for centre-based trekking, wildlife and bird-watching, walking and visitig local sights, or as a base from which to attend yoga/meditation classes, or as a retreat.
Accommodations
THE HOUSE is an accumulation of the surrounding influences; each en-suite apartment is decorated in a style: Moghal, Tibetan, Modern and Himachali
Dining takes place in the Hall, with carved wood gallery, library and artworks, or out doors, on the terrace or in the gardens.
A Den /lounge room is for guests to relax in, watch TV, DVDs or play games.
* We have our own spring water.
Rooms/Suites
Rooms are heated with modern wood-fire stoves, and Central Heating, great in the winter!
All rooms have large marble en suite bathrooms.
Amenities
Our staff are local and are Guides for treks up into the mountains. One-day or a variety of 2 to 10 day treks can be arranged.
Mountaineering, wildlife and birdwatching is all on site - and trips are available with our expert guides. Wildlife is always present here, including leopards (we are very fortunate to still be able to share this natural landscape), bears, wildcats, pine martins, deer, langur monkeys, foxes, flying squirrels, porcupines, amongst others. And hundreds of bird species including daily views of the Lammergeier, with a 3 metre wingspan, largest in the world.
There is Broadband Internet and computer service.

Directions
We always arrange a meet and greet service from Mcleodganj Main Square, as we are located up a jeep track, followed by a 10 minute walk. Porters are always provided, and guests can ride a horse if they like!
