Green Roof Inn is a small, family run hotel and restaurant on the island of Carriacou. The Inn has five charming guestrooms and a waterfront restaurant and bar with marvelous views of the Caribbean Sea.

All five guestrooms are individually designed and have access to a verandah. Choose from a single, double or triple room, all equipped with fans and mosquito nets and showers with warm water.

The restaurant on the second floor verandah features an exquisite European / international cuisine and encompasses the most fabulous view of Hillsborough bay, the horizon and the keys offshore.

Although our menu varies depending on the season and availability of fresh local products, a sample menu would include smoked lobster, grilled swordfish and passion-fruit panacotta. The restaurant is open for dinner daily with the exception of Mondays. Lunches and picnics can be prepared on request.

We strive to provide personal comfort for our guests while bringing the genuine Caribbean experience.

Carriacou is a small island for those who want to relax away from facilities such as night clubs and casinos. Instead, you can enjoy peaceful deserted beaches, explore many magnificent unspoiled sceneries of nearby keys, or scuba dive to discover the wonders of the underwater world. Diving, snorkeling and boat trips can be arranged.

Green Roof Inn is a small guesthouse located on the island of Carriacou, 20 minutes off Grenada.

Green Roof Inn is located just 5 minutes from the ferry jetty and 10 minutes from the airport.
There is a bus stop right outside the inn

Most travelers reach Carriacou by flying to Grenada and then continue either by plane with SVG-air or by ferry boat with the Osprey Shuttle to our lovely island.

Several major air lines and charter flights service Grenada direct from Europe and North America Including Excel, British Airways, American Airlines, BWIA, Virgin Atlantic, Condor, Lufthansa, BMI.

Indirect flights via regional islands such as Barbados, Antigua and Tobago connect to Grenada with Caribbean Star and LIAT

From Grenada to Carriacou there are daily flights with SVG-air.
It is a 20 minutes flight and the cost is 218 $EC return.

There is also a speed ferry from Grenada to Carriacou called the Osprey Shuttle.
It leaves from the Carenage in St.Georges in the morning and in the evening.
It is a 90 minutes boat ride and the cost is 140 EC$ return.

It is also possible to travel via Barbados as there are flights from there to Union Island operated by SVG-air. From Union one can take a water taxi over to Carriacou.
