The Hotel does not offer beach chairs or beach umbrellas.
The hotel has 3 sections and all are located in different areas: Bungalows, Casa Maya and Pakal rooms.
Pakal rooms (room numbers 18-23): 6 rooms on a concrete building, 3 on bottom floor and 3 in a second floor, each of the rooms have one queen size bed, A/C, Safe Deposit Box, Terrace or Balcony with ocean front.
Continental breakfast is from 9am to 11am.
In high and mid season the service for the breakfast can take from 20-40 min delays due the amount of people having it.
Beach & Location: We are on the Riito Beach, next to north beach. We are located in the downtown area (the north side) of Isla Mujeres, a few minutes walk from north beach and shopping area.

Once you reserve, if canceled deposit is non refundable
Once you reserve, if canceled 48 hrs before arrival will be a penalty charge of 2 nights. except in Christmas, New Year, East season & Holidays for this dates will be charge the 100% total amount stay.
