It consists of a lounge with flat screen TV, Free Wifi, 2 sofas, breakfast bar and kitchen. There are four bedrooms in the property and 3 bathrooms. Consists of 3 double/twin (zip and link) beds, one of the bedrooms has a single bed, then a bunk bed in a separate room. The property sleeps 9 people comfortably.
4 bedrooms, 9 individual beds, lounge/eating area, Fully equipped Kitchen and 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom with shower.
Non Smoking . Includes linen & towels.

4 PERSON APARTMENT
The 4 person Apartment consists of 2 x Double/Twin Rooms, Private Lounge, Fully fitted kitchen with laundry facilities and bathroom with bath & shower. Security features include keyless entry and Lockable bed Room doors. Facilities include Free Wifi, Bed Linen and Towels.

6 PERSON APARTMENT
The 6 person Apartment consists of 2 x Triple sized Rooms (Double & single), Private Lounge, Fully fitted kitchen with laundry facilities and bathroom with bath & shower. Security features include keyless entry and Lockable bed Room doors. Facilities include Free Wifi, Bed Linen and Towels.

8 PERSON APARTMENT

Directions

From Waverely train station walk up the mound past to the Royal Mile/Edinburgh Castle, walk along George 1V Bridge and turn right down Victoria St. Walk along the Grassmarket to West Port on the left hand side and Portsburgh Square is just past the Grassmarket bar on the right. No.10 is on the ground floor on the left hand side.
