Welcome to the newest Luxury Apartment which is situated in a completely new prestigious building.
(There isn't accommodation like this is in the area!!!! )
If you are looking for the nice accommodation, safety, cleanliness, hospitality and home away from home - we are always here!
Our apartment is 60m2; it's furnished with amenities to provide the comforts of home.
Every thing in the apartment is brand new with a large living room with oversized king-size double bed.
Couples can take full use of the large kitchen and balcony.
There is always 24 hour hot water, Jacuzzi, satellite TV, and a refrigerator.
We are located, 4 minutes walking distance from the nice and romantic Summer Cafe and the huge supermarket which is opened 24 hours. Within walking distance to the old town area. Great transport links.
Check out time is 12:00

FROM BUS STATION: (Central bus station)
- When you come out from the bus station, you should cross the road and you will find your self on the Komarova Street.
- There is the trolley bus stop there.
- You can take the trolley bus #6 and get off on at Kanivska.
When you get off from the trolley bus you will see the huge building with the balconies painted in green color.
If you are walking from the bus station you will need to keep going on through the Komarova street , then turn to the right to the Chervonoarmiyska street , keep walking on following the house numbers until you get till Chervonoarmiyskaya 55.
You can also get to the hostel by the taxi.
It takes about 5 - 6 minutes, and should not be more than 10-15 UAH.
