Centrally located Tampere Dream Hostel is a neat, tastefully designed hostel run by a young, traveler-minded family. The brand new hostel is a blend of spotless premises, excellent value-for-money and international laid-back atmosphere. The Hoscar award winner hostel offers accommodation varying from private rooms to dormitories enhanced by all the modern comforts and hostel facilities to create an unforgettable stay in Tampere.

We offer you accommodation from a 2-4 bed private room to a bed place in a 4, 10 or 16 bed dormitory: a private room is an excellent choice for couples, small groups and families, whereas a dormitory room sheds more of a sincere backpacker�s atmosphere for its dwellers. However, the new self-designed dormitory beds offer increased privacy for those who like to snuggle up in their own corner (besides being a good value for money!). Dormitory rooms are also a great choice to accommodate bigger groups (sport clubs, school groups etc), to whom we can offer breakfast and a spacious equipment storage, as well.

Sheets are included in all room types and towels can be rented for a nominal fee. Shower and bathroom facilities are located right next to the rooms. In addition there�s a free Wi-Fi in the hostel area, laundry, luggage room, lockers and a sauna just around the corner. For entertainment we have books, magazines and board games for you and your fellow travelers, and in the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare your breakfast, cook your own gourmet dishes or just enjoy the free coffee and tea. All in all, it�s the cozy and easygoing common area that forms the heart of the hostel.

Dream Hostel is located on street level near several well-known landmarks like Tampere Hall, Tampere University, Pakkahuone and Sorsapuisto park. Hostel�s neighborhood area Tulli, together with Tammela, constitute the vivid heart of the city\'s urban culture and night life. Trendiest bars, local restaurants, outdoor market s, second hand stores, a grocery store and railway station are all within a few minutes� walk. If you wish to explore further you can also rent bikes from the hostel!

We have all the services and facilities that any traveler could need, but no hostel is a good one without an excellent staff. We can, for sure, be extremely proud of ours. We hope that you like our premises, but we are amazed if you don\'t enjoy spending time with our hand-picked, warm-hearted crew. Directions

The bus station and railway station are both very close to us. From the bus station it's just 10min walk up the small hill (Vuolteenkatu) and you are basically here. Take a left turn to Yliopistonkatu, walk this street for one block, and turn again left to Åkerlundinkatu. On the right you find the entrance of Dream Hostel Tampere.

From the railway station, take the underpass, go up the stairs and out from the doors on right and walk straight until you reach Åkerlundinkatu. At the end of this street, on the left hand, you find the entrance of Dream Hostel Tampere. It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes, even with luggage!

Ryanair busses also stop on both of these stations, so you can decide which one you prefer. The railway station is probably slightly closer to Dream Hostel than the bus station, but both of them are within walking distance.
