This recently restored stone house is located only 7 km away from Lucca, precisely in Marlia. The house consists of two nice apartments: Matte and Tommy. The property Aras disposes of a big garden (3500 sqm) with an amazing swimming pool (3/4 set in earth, 8.50 x 4.50 m, 1.40 deep), deckchairs, beach umbrellas, big built,in barbecue, changing room and small football field: this is the perfect place for you to relax and to sunbathe and for your children to play safely and have fun.

Within walking distance there are shops, a restaurant, tennis courts and a horse-riding ring. The historical villas (among which the one that belonged to Napoleon' sister Elisa), art towns such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, etc., the coast with its endless sandy beaches, the spa, golf courses in Montecatini and the Pinocchio park in Collodi are all easy to reach.

By car From the South: Take Autostrada del Sole A1 Roma-Milano, exit Firenze Nord, carry on through A11 Firenze Mare towards Pisa, exit Capannori and follow the indications to Marlia. From the North: Take Autostrada del Sole A1 Milano-Roma, exit Parma, carry on through Autostrada della Cisa towards La Spezia,carry on through A12 towards Livorno, take A11 Firenze Mare towards Firenze, exit Lucca, then follow the indications to Marlia.
By train Departing from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station, route to Viareggio, get off the train in Lucca Station.
By plane The nearest airports are located in Pisa (Galileo Galilei) and in Firenze (Peretola).
