Chmielna St. B&B is the latest creation from the owners of New World St. Property - the best cosy property in Warsaw.

Chmielna St. Bed&Breakfast has an unbeatable location in the very centre of Warsaw, a stone's throw away from Nowy Swiat - the most beautiful and symbolic street of Warsaw. It offers a comfortable, peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Chmielna St. B&B has seven uniquely designed rooms, each with their own style and character, aptly named after specific cities.
"Hvar" - A room for two, with one double bed and en-suit bathroom; the colours make you feel like you are in the middle of this Mediterranean Croatian island with its specific lavender aroma.
"San Francisco" - A room for two, with one double bed and en-suite bathroom; it emits a sophisticated elegance in true noir black and white color.
"Chicago" - A room for two or three - a steely minimalism and an American executive comfort that resembles the Windy City.
"Hoi An" - A room for two, that produces a familiar South East Asian atmosphere, yet with an uncommonly found large and luxurious bed.
"Cracow" - A room for two with two single beds. We also love the style and environment of our closest neighbours!
"London" - A room for two, with one double bed in double-decker bus or telephone box red!
"Cannes"- A room for two, with one double bed and bathroom; the colours resemble the French Riviera and the look taste of the divine Catherine Deneuve.

All rooms have Wi-Fi internet, three are en-suite and the other four share a bathroom. Chmielna St. B&B also has a lovely guest lounge for reading, listening to music or watching TV on the large plasma TV set. A small fully fitted kitchen is also available, adjoining the dining room, where breakfast is served.
Guests of our B&B are provided their own keys to the building, allowing them to come back to their room at any time.
A great advantage of Chmielna St. B&B is its intimacy and ability to ensure peace and privacy after a whole day of sightseeing or spending the night in local clubs. If you have any questions about the city or our B&B, just call the New World St. Property reception (it is open 24h), where you will receive the keys to your room as well.

If you want to check-in at the Chmielna St. B&B, you should go to New World St. Property reception (the property is located about 200 metres from Chmielna St. B&B). New World St. Property reception is situated on the 3rd floor, so our advice is to leave your luggage downstairs. Address - Nowy Świat 27
Check-in is at 15:00 PM, and check-out before 11.00 PM. If you arrive earlier or you want to stay in Warsaw longer after your check-out, you can leave your luggage in our property storage room.

Hostel - Nowy Świat 27 St. - about 200m away. New World St. Property reception is situated on the 3rd floor, so our advice is to leave your luggage downstairs - use padlock.
From the airport:

• take a direct bus, number 175
• when you see the artificial palm tree in the middle of the roundabout, be ready: you are very close
• get off at the stop called "Foksal" at Nowy Świat street
• wait until the bus leaves, you will see building number 27, on the other side of the road
• cross the street, enter the gate and the property is the first door on the left

NB: On Saturday and Sunday the street Nowy Świat is closed for cars, therefore you have to get off at the stop centrum and then walk 10 minutes or take any tram to Muzeum Narodowe - two stops)

From the central station (Warszawa Centralna):

Bus 175

• look for the stop "Dworzec Centralny 01" (next to Marriot Hotel)
• when you see the artificial palm tree in the middle of the roundabout, be ready: you are very close
• get off at the second stop called "Foksal" at Nowy Świat street
• wait until the bus leaves, you will see building number 27 on the other side of the road
• cross the street, enter the gate and the property is the first door on the left

NB: (On Saturday and Sunday the street Nowy Świat is closed for cars, therefore you have to get off at the stop centrum and then walk 10 minutes or take any tram to Muzeum Narodowe - two stops)

Tram:

• leave the train station and walk in the direction of Al. Jerozolimskie
• go under the tunnel to the tram stop "Dworzec Centralny 07" (direction Rondo Waszyngtona)
• take any tram
• get off at the third stop called "Muzeum Narodowe 05" (you will see a palm tree in the middle of the roundabout)
• turn left and walk along Nowy Świat street for about one minute (you will see building number 27 on the left side of the road)

From the Western bus/train station (Centralny Dworzec PKS / Warszawa Zachodnia PKP):

• look for the stop, "Dworzec Zachodni 01" (the other side of the main street, go under the viaduct)
• take the bus, any of these numbers: 127, 130, 158 or 517
• get out at the stop called "Dworzec Centralny 01" (opposite Marriot Hotel - in front of the main train station)
• take the bus, number 175 from the same stop
• when you see the artificial palm tree in the middle of the roundabout, be ready: you are very close
• get off at the stop called "Foksal" at Nowy Świat street
• wait until the bus leaves and you will see building number 27 on the other side of the street
• cross the street, enter the gate and we are the first door on the left

From the Eastern bus station (Dworzec Wschodni PKS Stadion):

• look for the stop, "Al. Zieleniecka 07" (it is on the closest main crossing)
• take the tram, any of these numbers: 7, 8, 21, 25
• get out at the stop called "Muzeum Narodowe 07" (you will see a palm tree in the middle of the roundabout)
• turn right and walk along Nowy Świat street for about one minute (you will see building number 27 on the left side of the road)
