CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept cancellations only via e-mail
Please note that any cancellations must be made at least FORTY EIGHT (48) hours prior to your scheduled arrival time. We charge the total of the first night for all cancellations made less than 24 hours and no shows.
In case you cancel any individual night(s) of your reservation, the deposit for that night will be not be refunded or transferred.

Call us for free when you land for airport pick up if you booked for at least 2 consecutive nights

If you are renting a car:
From the Airport
If you've rented a car, be sure to get a map from the rental agency. They're free of charge.

Follow the signs to exit out of the airport. When you reach the main road (at the traffic light), turn right onto Kanoelehua Avenue (HWY 11). Continue one mile.

Take a left onto Kamehameha Ave. Continue for approximately one more mile.

Turn left on Kalakaua Avenue and continue one-half block. Turn right into the parking area right after the yellow building.

Continue through the first parking lot into the second parking lot. We're the large, two-story building on the left. You can park in any of the marked stalls in front of the building.
