The resort building surrounds an Italian style piazza with two large, luxurious Gulf front pools, each with its own hot tub, plus a spray park for children . One of the pools is heated seasonally . The fitness center includes state of the art equipment . A large, wheelchair accessible boardwalk leads over the dunes to the amazing emerald green waters and stunning sugar white sands of the Gulf . Persons booking unit must be 25 or older, with valid ID, and must occupy unit for the entire stay . No singles under 25 without a parent or guardian . During the summers of 2014 and 2015 the length of stay for the Condo, 3 Bed / 3 Bath, Sea Facing and the Condo, 4 Bed / 3 Bath, Sea Facing must be for 7 days from Saturday to the following Saturday until August 8 . Please note that a USD 223 . 55 cleaning fee and 6 . 66 percent resort fee will be collected . Each unit features granite countertops, whirlpool tubs and floor to ceiling patio doors than open to spacious, full Gulf view balconies . The kitchen comes fully equipped, but a picnic area with BBQ grills invites al fresco dining . All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals . Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee . Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees . Please note that American Express is not accepted and another card must be used .
