Pete all the way to the sponge docks of Tarpon Springs . The Green Iguana Restaurant adjacent to the resort offers indoor and outdoor water side lunch and dinners and cool cocktails . If you're checking in after hours or on Sunday, guests are to check-in at Madeira Bay Resort 2nd Floor, 13235 Gulf Blvd . The guest that the room is under must be at least 25 years of age to check in . Only one parking space per condo rented will be offered . Note there is a USD 10 . 00 plus tax per night/per room fee charged that covers parking, local phone calls and Internet, where available . Guest must provide accurate number of adults and children or the hotel reserves the right to accommodate only the number of people listed . Guest can be charged up to USD 50 . 00 for each person that exceeds the maximum occupancy for the unit type .
