Every apartment offers the little extras such as cable television, DVD players and free wireless internet access . Wake up to the sound of the rolling surf on the famous Mooloolaba Beach, then step outside onto your patio or balcony and watch the sun rise over the glistening waters of the Pacific Ocean . Whether you want relaxation, adventure or excitement Osprey Apartments is the ideal base for your Sunshine Coast holiday . The friendly staff are happy to assist you with all your holiday needs . TERMS & CONDITIONS: You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in . The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation . If a credit card can not be provided, a $500 cash bond will be required to cover any incidentals . The cash bond will be returned upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff . Our intention is for all our guests staying at Osprey Apartments to enjoy the comfort and facilities we offer . As such, we have a no party policy and no noise will be permitted after 10pm . Osprey Apartments may evict a guest or visitor if this policy is not adhered to, without refund .
