Activity/Tour

Comfortable transport in a modified 4x4 mountain vehicle will take you to some of the wildest parts of Iceland where the opportunities for landscape photography are incredible.

Tours are flexible and for small groups so you can take your own time to enjoy the location of your choice.

Expert photographic advice will be available as well as ditigal back-up and equipment assistance.

Typical Day

Your tour will start from your chosen location in the Reykjavik area.
We head straight out of the city into the countryside where we take time to enjoy the wilderness and nature and best of all take some wonderful photographs.

Experience huge waterfalls, black sand beaches and active volcanoes. Then we travel off the main road onto a mountain track to get to the most scenic locations imaginable.

Relax and enjoy your pictures in a slide show on the way back to your hotel.

Age range, type of group

Every body is welcome as long as they are interested in photographing nature. Some hiking or walking may be part of the tour, but is never necessary.

Sleeping and meals

Longer (overnight trips) can be arranged but may have to be booked through a travel agent. Please ask for details.

Food is not included in the price but there will always be opportunities to purchase and prepare food.

Policies & Restrictions

My transport is non-smoking, please ask to stop!
Transport seats 4 comfortably, but there are 2 extra SMALL seats (not recommended for long trips).

Rates

Rates vary depending on the length of the tour and the location. A basic short trip covering 200km is around $300

Other Information

You need to provide your own photography equipment, but some can be provide on request. You need to have good all-weather clothes, but some water proof clothing will be provided for waterfall trips etc.
